CHANGE OF INSTITUTION
For those who wants to make Ebonyi state university their first choice institution should go and do so as the portal for change of institution is set to close soonest any moment from tommorow morning. Ebonyi state university admits only aspirants who choose them as first choice institution nobody should come and ask me what is his/her chance of getting admitted as a second choice aspirants, Admission in Ebonyi state university is only for First choice aspirants.
SUPPLEMENTARY
The portal for supplementary Application is still on those not admitted on merit should apply for supplementary it is compulsory as those admitted in supplementary will not be cleared without evidence of supplementary acknowledgement slip.
The Compilation of the First Batch supplementary admission list is in progress which the list is said to be released from ending of the month as the list will be released 2 weeks after the portal for Application closes.
RESUMPTION
The 2018/2019 Academic Session calender stated that school resumes tommorow 7th Oct 2018 please nobody should come and ask me of resumption again as it has been clearly stated.
CLEARANCE
As soon as School resumes Clearance starts immediately in all Faculties.This are documents needed for the clearance because I know many will still come and ask me again.
1. Letter of notification of admission and offer of provisional admission
2. Acceptance fee receipt from bursary unit
3. Verified o level results by EBSU ICT (Starting soon)
4. JAMB original result
5. EBSU online acceptance form (the one that has ur passport and QR scan)
6, JAMB Admission letter both the candidate and institution own)
7. State Of Origin certificate
8. Birth certificate/ age declaration
9. letter of undertaking by your sponsor duely signed( letter to be adressed to the registrar)
10. 2 office flat files
11. One colour passport
12. PD results (if you did predegree)
*NOTE*
Don't make a mistake of writing Attestation letter instead of Undertaking for those who are interested in getting a format inbox me and I will show you how it is been done.
SECURE ADMISSION
To whom it may concern for those who wants to secure admission this year save yourself the strength to re-write another jamb avoid staying at home for another one year I will help you secure admission remember merit admission list is done and dusted earnestly waiting for First Batch supplementary admission list I can help you secure admission in it only Interested persons not for all not by force but an advice
